July 11: Krispy Kreme Anniversary, 7-11 Day and Chick-Fil-A Cow Appreciation Day Deals

July 11: Krispy Kreme 77 cent aniversary 7-11 free slurpee day and Chick-fil-A cow Appreciation Day deals
It’s not often you have great deals going on at different retail outlets to celebrate different events, but for those who like to get a good deal, July 11, 2014, is one of the better days to find one. There are three quality deals going on today (July 11) for different reasons, but all can get you a pretty great deal if you happen to like the food in the offers. To get these deals, you’ll need to stop by your local Krispy Kreme, 7-Eleven and Chick-fil-A stores.

First, if you like your Krispy Kreme doughnuts, there is a great deal going on. Today is the 77th anniversary of Krispy Kreme, and to celebrate they are offering a second dozen box of their original glazed doughnuts for only $0.77 when you purchase a dozen doughnuts at regular price. If you want to be a star at the office (or hoard them all for yourself), today is a good day to stock up.

July eleventh also makes it 7/11 day. That makes it worthwhile to stop by your local 7-Eleven store if you like their slurpees. From 11:00 am to 7:00 pm today, 7-Eleven stores will be handing out free small slurpees to all who stop by to celebrate the date corresponding to their company name.

While it probably wasn’t marked down on your calendar, July 11 also happens to be Cow Appreciation Day. While this might not be a holiday you normally celebrate, it can land you a great deal if you’re willing to dress up and you like Chick-fil-A. Those who are willing to dress up as a cow in full cow attire can walk in and get a free meal today. For those who don’t want to go 100% in cow costume, you can dress partially as a cow and get a free entree. Have no fear if you aren’t sure how to create a cow costume that will qualify you for a free meal. You can download a free cow costume (PDF) at their website, or do a bit of Googling to find another cow costume which fits your style.

So if you, or someone you know, likes the food at any of these three establishments, today is the day to take advantage of the deals and get some of your favorite food for free (or greatly discounted).
