What would the Fourth of July be without fireworks? The best financial move you can do is opt out of buying your own and go to watch a public display. It’s a lot less expensive, and there’s much less likelihood of anyone getting hurt. That being said, there are a lot of people who enjoy buying their own fireworks to celebrate the 4th of July. Depending on how extravagant you want to go, the cost of a home display can get quite expensive.     Stay safe, forgo the home display altogether and go to a town-organized display that’s run by professionals.

  2. I have a friend who sells fireworks during the Christmas season and he told me if I want to save a lot in buying fireworks, I should wait for the last minute before Christmas or New Year. And I was truly amazed, the firework prices were almost half compared to the original price!

    Good advice. I will add one idea. Compare weight of the package you are buying. Heavy packages have the most bang for the buck.
