50 Things I Am Thankful For

It’s so easy in our day-to-day lives to get caught up in the moment and forget about all the good things that there are to celebrate. Most of these things have very little to do with money (although having money can sometimes make them easier to accomplish). I think it’s important to sit down every once in awhile and reflect on those things I’m thankful for to make sure they aren’t forgotten in the day-to-day dramas.

What I’m thankful for is probably not exactly the same as what you’re thankful for, but I hope that by sharing my list, you might discover a thing or two which you’re also thankful for that you may have not considered before. Here is my

    I’d add ( I don’t think it was on yours ), I’m grateful for the abundance of clean, fresh, healthy food I have access to. Especially fruit! I LOVE fruit :)

    I am very thankful for medication. Being able to take something pills to remove a pain is sooo much better than trying to live with it.

    I am thankful for my (mostly) good health. It’s not something you think about much when you feel fine, but when you have a bad cold as I do now, the contrast between being sick and being healthy is quite stark

    Lovely sentiments and I echo most of those on the original list and many of the other poster’s as well.

    I am grateful that I have things to do in the midst of health challenges that keep my mind keen, and that challenges me to be better and better. My poor health is what allowed me to start selling on line and realized that, yes, I could stay at home and make money as long as I take naps in between :) what I do. So a very big thankful for the internet which besides helping me to earn some money also allows me to be in contact with others.

    I’m also thankful that I’m never bored. My list of things to do, to read, and to write is always longer than my available time.
