In fact, I end up turning a lot down during the busy vacation times because I can only be in one place. After this recent one I have gotten 2 new jobs for this year with possibly another one due to word of mouth because she was so pleased.

I tend to do a bit more than most house sitters I know and even doing that little extra seems to make a huge impression. I would mention it to everyone you know (especially friends with pets) because there is a lot of demand — most people would much rather leave their pet at home than board it at a kennel.
