I love the Super Bowl, but probably not why you think. For me, the Super Bowl is a great time to do activities on a weekend without the crowds. It is a great day to go skiing as you have the slopes basically to yourself and none of the long lift lines for a winter weekend. I had a great time at Disney World on Super Bowl Sunday a few years back and was able to get on the rides without a problem. It’s a great day to go to national parks to enjoy the beauty and go for a hike with nobody else around.
In a lot of ways, it’s a great way to do the things that you really love without the crowds because you know they will all be sitting in front of the TV. Whether your plans are to watch the big game or to take advantage of it by doing something else you love to do, I hope that you truly made the most of the day.
