In fact I think to be frugal is admirable. As far as I’m concerned, to be frugal is not just about saving money. It does mean to live a healthy, relax and economical life.I like to shop online and I often spend money. However I think I’m a frugal person. Why? Because I get things I need with least money in the help of coupons and deals from sites like CouponSnapshot.com, RetailMeNot.com,etc. I feel happy and relax, even I spend some money. To recycle is also a frugal way which deserve our admiration.
Very good points! It can also be smart to bring a friend with you if you are leary. Safety in numbers! I often do this when I’m selling things on Craigslist. I just don’t like strangers coming to my house when I’m alone! If I can’t find someone to be at the house with me I will meet the person in a Wal-Mart/McDonalds parking lot where there are a lot of people around.
Great points. As I’ve gotten older, and wee bit wiser, I’ve found some pretty stellar deal and fun thrifty shops with great deals. Nice post.
