Thanks for this, it’s important for me to remember. My credit card debt is down to zero, but that doesn’t mean I don’t need to continue to be diligent.

Like you said, it definitely takes a constant attentiveness to the finances to stay out of debt. Letting it go and ignoring it for a while is a sure way to get into trouble – sooner or later. We are a nation that has grown accustomed to plots and problems being solved in a 30-minute or one hour time span. It doesn’t work that way in real life.

Good points. It is necessary to keep things in check constantly or you will not avoid trouble somewhere down the line. I think most people can very easily forget this… thank you for the reminder!
