The simpler life becomes the more life becomes…….

Why is it humanoids purchase their own prison,, most with multiple cells, then build a fence around it, pay for the locks, a security system, and then pay to insure that their prison will be rebuilt if needs be?

This was an EXCELLENT article. Best thing I have read on this site in a long time.

You really hit the nail on the head about free or low-cost things you can do, and most of them are so simple.

The preparing your speech thing is worth it’s weight (okay my weight) in gold!

I started doing that about 2 years ago and my business clients increased, I made more friends, etc.

Anything that makes you more confident (not arrogant ) makes you more attractive.

I would add one more (although it’s sort of like taking classes). Learn a new language. Borrow the items free from a library, or do like I did and trade someone (I taught them better English and in exchange I learned Spanish!).

Why be a rat and run a race?

A better word for stress is dis-ease(no-peace), which is the a prime cause of sickness ;-(

Something interesting I discovered when I no longer went out to work due to disability, the lack of stress sweat. It may seem crazy, but even in summer there is no need for deodorant unless I am going through a very stressful time. This makes for a savings. I certainly don’t recommend just willy nilly stopping the use of deodorant, but you may find you don’t actually have the need for it if you live a quiet at home, no busy lifestlye life.

I would recommend joining Toastmasters International to help improve your public speaking skills. Fees are only about $35-$40 every 6 months. Many employers will pay for Toastmaster Dues.
