weekly readingFor those that are trying to reduce their debt, the sad facts are there are a number of scams out there that prey on people with money troubles that promise them a way which will only leave them even more in debt. One of these is one where they claim bank credit cards are operating illegally:

Through strange leaps of logic, the scammers claim that credit card banks are actually operating illegally, and so you never really borrowed any money when you used your credit cards! Therefore, you don’t really need to pay anything back. You just have to follow their system and the debts will go away because the banks don’t want this knowledge disclosed to the public!

The scammers take advantage of the knowledge that those in debt are desperate and will do almost anything, even when it doesn’t sound right, to get rid of their debts. Don’t fall for it and end up in even worse shape

One way to avoid this is to Control Your Money by following these four steps:

  • Know Where You Stand
  • Develop Your Goals
  • Spend With A Plan
  • Clean Up Your Clutter
  • Unfortunately, there isn’t an easy way out and you are going to have to make some choices, but if you commit to it, you can get out of debt a lot quicker than your probably imagined.


    One of the best ways to get coupons and samples from companies is to get on their mailing lists. The problem is trying to find all the sites of the products you purchase to get on their mailing list. You can now find a number of the biggest manufactures Newsletter & Promotion Lists which can get you quite a few coupons and special offers that you can’t find in your Sunday paper.

      I’ve seen a number of these “debt reduction” programs on the internet where you pay someone to show you how to magically reduce your personal debt.

      Word to the wise, all information regarding personal finance and debt reduction can be found on the net for free … there’s no magic formula
