		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>[...] There were also a number of posts that may be better fitted for the Festival of Frugality.  And while I hate to not accept someone&#8217;s posts, i just don&#8217;t see how saving money on valentines or internet services is a &#8220;debt reduction strategy.&#8221;  Ditto for checking vending machines for coins.   Can I get some feedback here: does cutting spending belong on a debt reduction carnival?
