		<description><![CDATA[I am interested in how you work things out with your partner in terms of sharing profits and ownership.  I am thinking of partnering a friend on a new site.  He wants to provide the content and I am going to set up the site, hosting/set up a CMS and so on.

I would appreciate any advice on how to set this up if you have the time.  So far, I have been doing everything by myself.

Also, I think you left a comment the other day asking how much I pay for an article, I have been paying $20 for around 400 words.  Tokyo is an expensive place to do anything, so I think this is pretty fair.
