		<description><![CDATA[Yeah this post reminds me of our periodic trips to our local asian grocery ... its huge and the &quot;ooh neato!&quot; factor has definitely gotten out of hand some times (how much pocky do we really need to buy on one trip?)  We got better at knowing what we really wanted because we had a regular set schedule to go there (it was near a bi-weekly appt) so we started only buying the stuff we really ate within 2 weeks. 

And...Costco! When we didnt have a list we&#039;d average $200 a trip (and usually went about once a month) now we *always* go with a list and limit &quot;browsing&quot; much better for the bank account. whew.]]></description>
